Under the guidance of Vic’s Meat CEO Anthony Puharich, Churchill staff create tableaux that may leave passers-by wondering if the shop sells offal or opals. The bronze string-of-sausages door handle offers a witty clue. A recent vitrine displayed a series of large metal bed coils topped with legs of lamb: spring lamb, of course.
