Welcome to a world where we window shop choice cuts of beef and peruse lamb cutlets surrounded by CCTV cameras – accept for they aren’t watching you, but rather pots of chicken liver pâté. This world is in the leafy streets of Woollahra, Sydney where Vic and Anthony Puharich have opened a meat boutique – more commonly known as a butchers. The store boasts an array of unique, custom-designed fittings, a one-of-kind refrigerated meat carcass metal train and an iPhone application that have made it an international phenomenon.
