Meet Victor Churchill, quite possibly the fanciest butcher’s shop the world has ever seen. It’s the brainchild of Vic and Anthony Puharich, the Sydney-based father-and-son team who sell the best of this country’s meat to the food-service industry around Australia and to Asia through Vic’s Premium Quality Meat.
