It’s not every day you meet a butcher who drives a ferrari. Then again it’s not every day you find a suburban butcher shop with a fit-out by an award-winning design firm – complete with such features as backlit Himalayan rock-salt walls and door handles shaped like sausages – that cost well in excess of $1.5 million.
