Victor Churchill is a cut above the ordinary butcher. A fact that is heralded, most likely, by your hand grasping a length of copper sausages that sit in place of a front door handle.

The best description of the father and son owned, Woollahra butcher is a ‘museum of meat’ – although that’s flawed, as Victor Churchill is firmly planted in the future, whilst giving a respectful and well-educated nod to the past.
